Growing up in the Tampa Bay area, Olenka Stelmach was born to custom home construction builders and has an exemplary background in the industry of real estate. Olenka is a first-generation born in the USA but is proud to be a Ukrainian at heart. Olenka officially made a real estate career for herself in 2020 as a Marketing Manager for her parent’s company, Polo Builders, INC. Some of Olenka’s tasks included showing custom homes to clients and helping them choose one of Polo Builders’ custom models that best fit their needs, amongst other things. Olenka thoroughly enjoyed working with clients, so she went on to obtain her real estate license and now works with clients looking for their perfect homes. Whether clients are looking to purchase a remodeling project, a move-in ready home, or want to build custom from the ground up, Olenka is ready to step up to the plate and be the link between the client and the perfect home. Olenka also assists those looking to sell, and when the time is right, will assist them in finding their next, dream home.

Olenka’s passion for real estate stems from her parents, who strongly believe in building homes with proven quality that will stand the test of time. Olenka understands that a home purchase is not a small responsibility; it is the commitment of a lifetime. Whether buying your first home, or you are fifth, Olenka will ensure that the experience you have is not only honest and stress-free but exciting as well.

Olenka’s diligence and commitment to holding up the highest standards for her clients give her the edge needed to make a statement and a difference in the real estate industry. Her expertise in building custom, new homes allows her to understand the ins and outs of what is important to look for in a home; good and bad.

Olenka has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2004, and prides herself on knowing all the area has to offer. Family is important to Olenka, and she enjoys traveling locally, as well as abroad with them. If Olenka isn’t out on the boat with family and her Miniature Schnauzer, Borris, you can find her searching for shops and restaurants that she can support locally, and recommend to clients who are new to the area. Olenka has many passions and hobbies, but some of her main interests include playing her bass guitar, swimming, and skiing. Olenka attends school at the University of Florida and is currently pursuing a degree in Media Production, Management, and Technology.
